FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data is processed by KLAST to fulfil the following purposes:
- • Respond to your requests or queries made as a user of the website
- • Manage your registration as a user of the website
- • Manage third parties for their registration as customers or suppliers
- • Execute, manage and supervise the agreements between KLAST and our customers and suppliers
- • Customer and consumer service
- • Manage the shipment of purchased products
- • Send periodic newsletters, commercial communications and promotions, when you are subscribed or have given us your consent
- • In the case of sending CVs, despite not having a specific channel for it, we will process them to cover present or future needs.
- • Finance your purchase.
FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Depending on the processing purpose we use your data for, the storage period will be:
- • Until you revoke your consent
- • Until you request its deletion
Notwithstanding the foregoing, as a general rule, the personal data provided will be kept for a minimum period of 4 years from the date of termination of the established contractual relationships.

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
The legal bases that allow us to process your data for each purpose indicated above are:
- • The contractual relationship, due to the need to execute the object of the contracts entered into with customers or suppliers, Article 6.1 b) of GDPR
- • Whenever required for compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6.1.c) of GDPR
- • Due to a legitimate interest,
- • Your consent, when required.
TO WHICH THIRD PARTIES WILL THE DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
We will not communicate your personal information to third parties, except in the manner established in this Privacy and Data Processing Policy or in the notices established for each case in which your personal data is collected. When the purchase is financed, the identification data will be provided to the financial identity for approval.
KLAST may disclose any information, including personal data, that it deems necessary to comply with legal obligations.
KLAST may hire third parties to perform tasks on its behalf with regard to the purposes for which your personal data may be collected. The aforementioned third parties may have access to any personal information that is necessary for them to perform their tasks, although they may not use it for any other purposes. We shall regulate our relations with such third parties in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
We will not make international transfers of your personal data for any purpose indicated.
RIGHTS TO WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED BY PROVIDING YOUR DATA
Anyone can exercise the following rights:
- • Right of access to your personal data to see which data is being used, and the processing operations carried out with your data;
- • Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data;
- • Right to erasure of your personal data, when possible (for example, by legal imperative);
- • Right to request the restriction of processing your personal data when the accuracy, legality or necessity of the use of data is questionable, in which case, we may keep the data to execute or defend claims.
- • Right to object to the processing of your personal data, when the legal basis that enables us to process said data is our legitimate interest. KLAST will stop processing your data unless it has a legitimate interest or requires it defend claims.
- • Right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process it is the existence of a contractual relationship or your consent.
- • Right to revoke the consent given to KLAST.
You can exercise your rights by communicating in writing to the address written above, attaching a photocopy of your ID on both sides, specifying your request, and including the date, your signature and your address for the purposes of notifications.
On the other hand, we inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that a violation of data protection legislation has been committed with respect to the processing of your personal data.
