KLAST responds to the guarantees legally required by the Law on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods and is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in conformity with the contract of sale under the terms established in this law.
All our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 years except for those products where another term is indicated due to their specialty.
Under the terms of this law, the consumer has the right to the repair of the good, its replacement, price reduction and termination of the contract.
This warranty includes material, labor and shipping costs.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the invoice or proof of purchase by sending an email to postventaweb@klasthome.com.
The warranty excludes the characteristics of the product and its nature, as well as the following cases:
- Improper use of the product by the customer after delivery of the goods. Transport of the products after delivery of the goods, accidents, improper use and other damages not due to the normal use of the product by the customer after delivery of the goods are excluded from the warranty.
- Transport of the product without the original packaging.
- Deterioration caused by chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products...) or treatment of the furniture or decorative objects with cleaning products not indicated for the upholstery, surface or specific material of the guaranteed product.
- Deterioration of color by exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other heat sources.
- Indirect damages and losses of any kind.
- Burns, cuts, scratches, scuffs, wrinkles, marks, scratches or other damage caused by animals or improper use of the product.
- Personal and/or material damage, caused as a consequence of the user's non-compliance with the rules and instructions given for the installation, use and maintenance of the product. If data on the proof of purchase are modified or substituted, the following shall apply.
- If the good is manipulated or repaired by personnel outside the company and therefore not authorized.
